Shipping costs for deliveries within Luxembourg:
Deliveries operated by Post.lu usually happen within 3-5 days
(allow a bit more if special weekend or holidays or due the virus).
The flat rate is 6€ for Luxembourg.
Shipping costs for deliveries outside of Luxembourg:
- For Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Germany, deliveries will be operated by Post.lu. Allow 3-5 days (a bit more if special weekend or holidays or global pandemic). The flat rate is 7€.
- For the rest of Europe: same conditions, flate rate is 8€.
- For international orders: same conditions, flate rate is 10€.
All shipping prices may be subject to change depending on new pricing put in place by our carrier partner.
Of course, you’ll be advised upon confirming your order.
Shipping costs for resellers:
will be calculated individually depending on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow 5 business days (mon-fri) for your order to be packed and shipped
(unless stated otherwise in the items description).
An email is sent once your order is packed and shipped.
Delivery dates are approximate and I will not be responsible for unpredictable and force majeure events.
TAXES & DUTIES?
Within the European Union, all taxes and duties are included.
Outside the European Union you may be subject to local import taxes, duties and customs once your package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADRESS?
Unfortunately I am unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Feel free to contact me the sooner the better if you have any changes or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.
RETURNS & REFUND
If you wish to return an item, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving your order, return shipping is at the customers expense, all items must be returned including all packaging, once received and deemed in perfect condition we will process a refund for you excluding shipping.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before anything please always get in touch with us and always state the order number you’re talking about.
Always allow a minimum delay before we can answer and know that we care as much as you do. A reply within 24/48hours is totally normal.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
At that point we’ll get in touch with you and make sure that you either want another product, a voucher for the same amount or a complete refund of your item(s).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, please get in touch.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
